Every new concept is a new adventure, something new to explore, something new to get lost in. Emotions and thoughts that were not communicated become a real story on stage. Inspiration can come from the inside and from the outside. It can start like a seed from a book, a poem, a painting, an emotion, nature, or a story I heard from someone on the street. When it is time for the seed to grow, the research starts. Interested in movements that I haven’t seen, something unique, something special. Open to the different perspectives from the dancers and their stories, new unexpected results are appearing. A story you can tell in the most unique way. Your story, my story, someone else’s story.
