Mentoring is designed to help the dancer artists/students to make their dreams come true. The main goal is for the receiver to unlock the knowledge that will enable him/her to research the ways to work with oneself and with others in order to achieve certain goals tailor made to both pre-graduate and post-graduate dancers.

The overall aim is to train and prepare you to discover new ways to actively participate in groups and projects, build up and sustain relationships with your fellow dancers, experiment with new approaches to situations and put your future endeavors to a good use through your personal improvement and success in the dancing field.

Make the impossible possible / Auditions Mentoring Workshop, is a theoretical workshop designed to help the dancers achieve their goals. Christina is sharing her knowledge from all the different “roles” she had in her dancing career in the last 19 years of experience as a dancer, choreographer, teacher, student and artistic director, in order to guide dancers with ease to where they dream to go.

In this specific workshop, the focus will be on dance auditions and the best way to handle them.

• Different Ways to find a dance job internationally.
• How to benefit from an audition.
• How to trust ourselves and find the unlimited potential and talents we have.
• Techniques on how to deal with stress before, during and after an audition/ competition etc.

“Mentoring” workshop is for dancers that want to grow and who have to deal with auditions in their dance life (professional dance schools/ companies/ competitions etc) and want to activate and release the best version of themselves.
